The customer service is fantastic. Everyone is always so helpful and so friendly. It’s obvious how much they love our pets.

Products I have purchased at this location for years were not available. Not just one product but several. And while the store staff was very pleasant they could not tell me if the products I wanted were just out of stock or if they were being eliminated from your inventory.
