I came to purchase a litter robot. As a new customer, I was able to use a promo code for 10% off. Assistant manager, Ken, recommended the ramp but it was not in stock. He promptly called another local store and is going to pick it up for me. He even offered to drop it off at our house since we live close to the store. I declined the drop off but what great service! He gave me advice about different litter and offered future advice for any nutritional or behavioral questions I might have. Ken is a great asset for this company... read more
