This visit was my first time since the store changed ownership. I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help. I explained why I was there and the person walked with me to the area and spent time answering my questions. We talked about other items as well. She spent time with me and explained various things about the store including sales, etc. So often today when I go into a store I feel like the employees don’t really want to be helpful and/or don’t care if I’m there or not. Only drawback is that the Polaris store carried a bulk dog cookie that appears Worthington does not & that is my dogs favorite cookie (looks like a pecan sandy). Maybe Worthington was just out of stock???
