Yesterday I bought a chew toy with the recommendation of a sales person based on my concern that my lab puppy is a chewer. I was told it was layers of leather. My lab chewed off the end in 10 minutes and the layers looked like felt. I read the receipt and it indicated it was wool. I took it back ($13.99) with the receipt, and was told they would not give me a refund or even partial credit. I was disappointed that they did not stand behind a product they recommended.
