Excellent customer service. Karen was top-notch. Very helpful, especially to me a first-time shopper at Hollywood Feed. Almost didn't go in...the name just doesn't fit. Wasn't sure what I was walking into...thought it'd be glitzy cheesy garbage based on the name...but was pleasantly surprised by the high quality offerings. Will be back for sure!
