Great customer service. I had questions about changing the puppy food the breeder recommended to something I wouldn't have to order on line. The person I talked with was very knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciated her help for my 10 week old pup.

The manager was very open and genuinely honest. She spent time to talk about my dogs and how HF could help. A much better experience here than at the Carmel PetPeople store the same day. This will be my default store from now on!
