I go to a locally owned pet store also. Every other week. The staff in Augusta is great. They give the store a local feeling. Knowledgeable but they listen first. Courteous and smiling. Whoever is hiring is doing a good job also. I should know the girls name but she always asked about my sister who was in a nursing home close to the store. She passed in September.
