While the customer service is excellent, staff is so very knowledgeable & friendly, products are exceptional, I was mortified to see the lack of face masks, in this store & others. Normally, I would give any location a 5 star rating, but I have noticed the lack of masks in more than 1 store lately. As a health care worker, I would hope you would not only encourage, but REQUIRE your staff to wear masks. Especially when customers are in the store.

We absolutely love Olive Branch Hollywood!!! They are always so nice and helpful. We buy all of our pet supplies there. They are great for dogs big and small. Wouldn't think of shopping anywhere else!!!!!
