The staff is very knowledgeable. It's obvious that they love animals. They're just awesome and my dogs love to visit.

They are all about the customer & their pets!! Friendly, courteous, hard workers! Always willing to go the extra mile regarding meal planning, troubleshooting issues with pets, returns, & even finding deals to tell me when is the best time to buy certain things. We couldn’t find the treats we wanted, but the manager said not to worry! She would order them to be delivered and give us a call when they arrived. So we asked for two bags😊
