From the moment I walked I was asked if I needed help and the moment I left the door was opened for me, so it was great!
The store is well organized and stocked. The employees are knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. We have a young puppy and lots or questions. They have helped us with choosing the right toys, bedding, collars, etc. They shared many helpful hints to make things easier.
