From the moment we started walking to the store, an employee greeted us (and our new rescue dog) and made us feel at ease. Then we were greeted by Stephanie inside and not only was she super friendly and made us feel welcome, she discovered immediately that we are brand new to the pet-owning game and were CLUELESS! She then spent the better part of almost an hour answering all of our questions, addressing our concerns, recommending products in the most “non-pushy” way you can imagine and just being all around awesome!
