James helped me out so much with picking food for my puppy. Before I walked in the store I had questions about what would be right food for my pup and James actually initiated the suggestion to me before I even had the chance to ask. He was so personable and knew HF’s products and breed needs. His genuine attitude is one of a kind. On my trip it was raining like cats and dogs (pun intended) and he was still outside dropping off curbside deliveries with a smile on his face.
