Great Customer Service...great products. In fact I’ve been a customer at the now deceased RIdgeland store for 6-1/2 years. I now drive to Jackson for my kitties favorite food. That store is A 7 stars venue and especially convenient to Whole Foods. My rating of 4 stars is for the company’s decision to remove the closer store (RIdgeland). And Although Madison store might be closer to me than Jackson, the Madison Store person was unprepared The first time I went there for feline service.
