Kirk at the Flynn Crossing location is a CUSTOMER SERVICE GOD!! My dogs and I have only met him once before(months ago) and upon arrival today I was greeted, not only with a huge smile and hello, but he genuinely remembered me and the three breeds of dogs I have. PROPS. Huge props. I don’t even remember what I had for breakfast. Prices and selection are the best as always. It’s the attention to detail. The closest store to me was out of my dogs’ kibble, but the next closest location (off McFarland) delivered within a few hours. And they even included a sample treat with the order. Love Hollywood Feed!!

Walked in near closing time, yet the lady that helped us was very accommodating and pleasant. She made us feel welcome and did not rush us.
