Staff is so friendly and helpful! HF is my now #1 pet store! Only disappointment I had was the crates available only have one latch instead of two.

Excellent service- always very friendly- helpful and knowledgeable. They know my dog’s name by heart and love on him when we come in. Bull and I love them!
