Always welcoming & helpful. Variety of items for our pup and for the past few months we have been getting her groomed there & we are so pleased. We like that you don't feel like the other "big box' pet stores.

We go here about twice per month. We are always greeted and asked if we need help. The customer service by every employee is exceptional. The store is always clean and orderly and shelves are stocked. I am a District Manager in retail and I would be proud if I had this team in a store!
