Service was good on my last visit to the Murphy, TX store however I will be going back to my original location in Allen. My Son was trying to get a job at the Murphy location I am not upset at the fact the manager did not select him for the job but that he responded to a few emails about making a decision and would let him know then did not have to decency or respect to return calls and emails once a decision was made.

Great addition to pet world in Murphy TX.... have been in several times and have found friendly and helpful staff.... the store is decorated lovely and this store seems a lot bigger than other store ones‼️
