I came in with specific needs for both my dogs and cats but no idea where to start. The lady who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She immediately took me to a product and was able to explain why it would be the best product. She also explained the return policy should it not work. I also appreciate the continued use of masks despite my states lift on the mask mandate.
