Didn't get the guys name, but he was very helpful. Told me about the rewards program and took me straight to the food I needed for my adopted cat. Will be coming back to shop adoption papers for discounts and continuing to use Hollywood.

Customer service is always amazing. Every time we walk in the door, the associates ask if we need help or have any questions. Our first time in the store they helped us find a dog food that was grain free and chicken free. It's been a perfect fit for both of our sensitive skinned dogs. They are both thriving like never before.
