This was my first visit to Hollywood Feed. I was searching for new food for my cat and told the young man my dilemma. He told me the company focus was on dogs but pointed out an aisle that cat food was in but no offer of help even though it was obvious I was struggling. There was another young female employee who did not offer to help. Finally an older woman approached me and asked if I needed help. She assisted me and I was happy at the end.
