I love shopping in this store. The atmosphere is always friendly and relaxed, the staff is very helpful and the store is always clean, orderly and easy to navigate. Plus, and this is a big one, they are the only place local to me that carries a full line of the food I feed my cat! When my husband was recovering from surgery I needed to use their delivery services and had my order delivered within a couple of hours, with a smile and for no fee. A tip, however, is always appreciated.

The ladies who helped me were so sweet, knowledgeable, and helped me find the best food for our new puppy! Even offered coupons, and suggestions. Will definitely be coming back! This was our first time in the store, was pleased with selection, and prices, and definitely the service too.
The staff is USUALLY friendly.
