It was fine. Had what I needed but the staff really try to attack you for questions when you walk in. I prefer that u can shop without someone asking me why I am coming in or what I need. I’ll ask if I need something.

I needed dog food. I do not have a dog, I am taking care of my grand dog. All I had was a picture of the dog food bag. The sales person knew exactly what it was, went and got if for me and carried it to my car!! I was very appreciative since I have a sore back!! Great service all around!!

We have spent hours and hours watching videos, reading websites, and dog food bags to careful choose the best diet for our dogs. And it has been overwhelming!! We went into the Avery store and spent about 30 minutes talking with the friendliest employee. She happily answered all my endless questions finally making me feel less overwhelmed and like we finally know what we are doing. We live about 50 minutes from the store but will make the drive for all our pet needs.
