As a Pet People store, the staff was always friendly and products I wanted were almost always available. So far as a Hollywood Feed store that tradition continues. Only place locally I’ve been able to find Fromm dog food. I’ll continue to shop here.

The staff was welcoming to my old dog’s first visit to a pet store. Zeus isn’t the best behaved dog but the women tolerated him as he sniffed around wondering what was this wonderful place.

Always great customer service and a friendly greeting

Pet People had impeccable customer service and Hollywood Feed hasn’t reached that level quite yet. I purchased some new bones at the front of your store on Friday 5 for $12. That night I gave 1 to my pup (Labrador) and 1 to my daughter’s pup (Boxer). Both got sick on the carpet Friday, Saturday & Sunday nights. Monday I took back the remaining 4 bones, the cashier accepted the return after I shared my experience…including having to clean the carpet. Since the store changed from Pet People to Hollywood Feed it now seems dirty, disorganized and smells BAD at the register. It’s making me consider shopping elsewhere. Why is there always stacks of inventory that needs to be put away in the way of actually shopping? It’s irritating. There’s not the same kind of loyalty program and I don’t enjoy being in a dirty, disorganized and smelly store. Pet People was great. Hollywood Feed is not meeting expectations.

The scent is from a scented oil machine that we use company wide, and every store has one. This is to keep away different pet odors out of stores. Horrible store. Inconsistent with having items needed for purchase. Hollywood Feed has ruined a neighborhood favorite.
