What brings people back to any store is not just the product, but the people. The store manager, Shanna (sp) at the Hollywood feed in Avon, and Kayla are amazing people. They’re very friendly and they remember people, which is important. There’s a lot of places that we could go for our pet needs, but Hollywood feed is our number one choice for the product and people.

I had several questions for the employee and he was great at answering them and even looked at the ingredients on the items to see what was different and what may be better for my dogs needs. Very helpful and very nice!
