I absolutely love PetPeople! They treat my Stella like their own! Every single time I walk into the store-they always offer help. They know what my Stella eats and her favorite treats. I trust everyone in this store! Best pet store ever!

I love this place! Everyone is very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I like natural products and they almost always have what I’m looking for in store. Highly recommend!

Sorry but when it was Pet People and I walked in with my dog they knew him by name and he couldn’t wait to see the staff and get his scratches. Now I walk in and non of the staff are familiar and they ask me if it’s the first time I have been there. They ignore my dog and it’s no fun for him to go anymore. I miss the old staff and it’s not the same place. I can’t even get the treats he loves there anymore.

Not such a good experience during my last time shopping at the union location. I went in to buy bday goodies for my 1 yr old furbaby and other than the cake, all the items I bought were labeled buy 1 get 1 50% off. Out of the 6 items that were labeled to be on sale, only 1 rang up Correctly. It is too Much trouble to go in and get it fixed. It’s just irritating. I probably won’t go back, I’ll just buy online.
