I wanted to like this place, but two experiences have left me frustrated. The first time, I waited too long at the register and left without my purchase. On my second visit, I had to use a filthy stall to wash my dog after waiting over 30 minutes for help. The staffing issues here are unacceptable and seriously detract from the experience. I hope management addresses this soon.
