I’ve gone to this location many times. It’s actually my favorite location. The food I needed was on a pallet. when I asked about it, I was told I couldn’t purchase it. That they had to check it in. With no further information about when? Do I need to go to another store? Which stores have it in stock etc. nothing just “ sorry you can’t have that one because it’s not Checked in”

I wanted to like this place, but two experiences have left me frustrated. The first time, I waited too long at the register and left without my purchase. On my second visit, I had to use a filthy stall to wash my dog after waiting over 30 minutes for help. The staffing issues here are unacceptable and seriously detract from the experience. I hope management addresses this soon.
