The staff of the Akron, Ohio Store are wonderful! I feed both of my cats a frozen, raw diet. Some of the meats that they eat are not common and sometimes hard to find. The staff has gone over and beyond to work with me and accommodate my needs. They are the best!

The customer service has been outstanding. I like the store—they carry quality pet food brands, which is good since our dog requires grain-free food.
