Not happy with the name change. Our other feed stores in the area cater to large animal plus pets. Is this what you're changing to? Also, we have a local market named Hollywood, so you can see the new confusion. Pet People is a much better name if you are not changing your target consumers.

Almost all of them are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I don't know all the names. Sydney is one excellent.

Very friendly people - but since they got bought out by Hollywood Feed the stock is not great and also unpredictable at best. Sad, used to be my favorite place to go with very knowledgeable caring people. Now it has very knowledgeable caring people to apologies and tell me what I need but they don't have right now. Thing is, they never have it anymore.
This is my local premium store that I have always shopped at despite another store telling me they were better because they are owned by individuals. That store did not give me good service and were quite arrogant and not willing to extend goodwill regarding unacceptable service from them. I will never shop there again and tell everyone I know about how they didn't make an effort to keep a customer. Keep the good service at this store and I will continue to support the store!
