When I love about Hollywood Feed is the staff. They are always so positive and helpful and very patient. They know their products inside and out. Every time I go in there, I have questions and they help me. I always feel supported and they go the extra mile. Even offering to help me take the dog food out to the car. I highly recommend as this has become my place to get my fur baby supplies!

I needed Christmas gifts for two dogs and a cat. The women at this location walked me through all of sections I needed and discussed each animal and which toy was best. I was very impressed with the total customer service.

Great employees. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I wish you carried more canned cat food options for kittens and Open Farms cat food. Other than that, 👍🏻👍🏻

Just went in to brows. The girl working (wish I remembered her name) was so wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and we could tell she loves her job/digs a lot. Will definitely return next time I’m in Rochester.

Once again, I was greeted by the associates and told what other dog was in the store, which I appreciated the communication. They always spoil Ms Daphne with treats and are always so very helpful. Love their energy ! Great Teamwork!
