The clerks were extremely helpful. We went to give Dixie a bath, and the stalls were all full. They helped us shop around while we waited. Then, they were very fast at getting the bath stall cleaned when the other customer finished.

Every time I go to PetPeople in Centerville, Oh, I get the best service! They ask if I need any help, show me where to find things and mention sales if I show interest in something. I ordered dog food and everyone is always so helpful when I place my order, let me know when it’s in, and will even deliver it for me since I can’t lift over a certain weight. Always a very positive experience. I won’t shop at any other pet store. Thank you, to all of you, for everything you do!

The customer service is excellent whether I'm in the store or on the phone. I also always feel very comfortable in the store. The associates are always very friendly and helpful!
