I love going here, the customer service is fantastic , and doesn’t feel like a typical pet chain store.

It's been a disaster since Hollywood Feed took over and the wonderful staff at the Far Hills store has been left to pick up the pieces. Six months and there are still discrepancies between prices online and in the store. The final straw was when I ordered same day delivery of my dog food the morning before hospitalization for major surgery. This was our first time at your store and my husband and I were both very pleased with the customer service. The young lady that helped us was very good and everyone seemed very friendly. If our dog handles the food ok, we will definitely be back.

Haven’t been happy since Hollywood feed took over. Constant issues with actually putting in my special orders, lack of communication by staff- including not following up with me when asked to/they’ve said they would, diluting the quality of the available brands by bringing in low quality brands, staff bullshitting with each other and ignoring folks when walking in, etc. Starting to feel like another PetSmart.

when i walked in there were 3 sales people and the were all just standing around. i got my dog food and waited at the counter and now no one was around. one of the dog groomers saw me standing there and came up to me and said i will go find you a salesperson and she did. very disappointing.
