The customer service is always top notch. My only concern is with the frequency of products / brands that I use not being available / no longer being carried. I understand that at least some of this can be attributed to the change in ownership.

Everyone who works here is extremely helpful. They are incredibly knowledgeable about their products and as a first time dog owner, I really appreciate the advice. I also really love that they have the money back guarantee. As I still get to know my dog, I'm learning what he will and won't like and its awesome to know that I can bring things back if it doesn't work out!
