Thomas was extremely helpful! I explained the special requirements I had and some brand names. He also showed me a few other brands to consider. He helped me through all of the process and told me if I wasn’t satisfied I could bring the food back. So far my cat has adapted well with the new food. Thomas also carried the litter out to my car. He never rushed me and we had a pleasant conversation about cats and their needs. I look forward to coming back! Thank you Thomas!
