Absolutely recommend this facility. Very busy but they treat you with respect and handle your fur-children with the best of care.
After taking my dogs and cats (all while paying $56 monthly per pet) for 15 YEARS; I am nothing but disgusted with this place. If you have an emergency, you better cough up $500 or they won’t see the patient. The staff is rude and don’t care. Used to have a very high opinion of them. Now, I wouldn’t accept their services for free. They don’t care for your pets, they care how much money they can get out of you
Although the staff is nice, particularly the front desk staff, overall communication could greatly be improved. We visited three times and we had to wait between 45 minutes and an hour and a half each time with no information as to why or when we would be seen. I understand that emergencies occur, but it would be very helpful to be kept in the loop and informed on what was going on. It's the first time ever as an Animal Rescuer then have grabbed a cat it was on the road hurt looks like it was runned over and was sent to Homestead Animal Hospital because they would help, dr. green seems to be possibly good vet but does have one thing in mind the dollar and not helping any animal in distress, for that I say shame on you doctor all animals lives matter, and as you all know me avoid having to deal Witch Doctor Green.
