They don’t just prescribe a bunch of medication and send you home, they get to the root cause of what is wrong with your pet. Hometown Animal Clinic was an excellent choice for our Goldendoodle, Zeke. Dr. Zoe and her staff are top notch. We are new to town and finding a new vet for our puppy was a big deal. We are so happy with the care and guidance we received from Hometown and their assistance in our pup's transition to Boise!
The staff at Hometown Animal Clinic used to see my dogs at a previous clinic. I am so pleased to reconnect with them! From the moment we entered the clinic until we left we were treated as family. I appreciate the friendly environment and the care my dogs received and know I made the correct choice to reconnect with Dr. Baxter and her staff.
Man, I can't say enough about this place. Dr. Baxter is absolutely amazing with all three of my very different breeds. It is amazing how much she knows about the care of each. With three dogs, we have spent a good amount of time at the vet and I always know my dogs are in good hands and I won't be overcharged for anything ridiculous. The staff is amazing (Allison is so good with my naughty puppy) and they really make you feel like family.
Absolute best vet in town. Dr. Baxter is so knowledgeable and the entire staff is so caring and wonderful and they love your fur babies and truly care about their well being and yours. Highly recommended to everyone.
Brought in our Australian Shepherd- had no idea what was wrong with her but she when she got up this morning she couldn’t walk - turned out she must’ve sprained her left hind end during all of her daily running around yesterday - they sent home some anti-inflammatories and joint medicine and a few hours later she’s feeling better- I think after the two days of much lower activity she will be doing great- Michaela the vet tech and Dr. Baxter Were awesome!
