I took my cat in for a 1:40 pm appointment on Wednesday, August 13, 2025. The front desk were friendly and warm, but the technician was not. She never smiled, even though I greeted her with one. I was a bit surprised by her lack of warmth, but I overlooked it because I was concerned about my cat. My cat was examined by Dr. Ritter, and blood was drawn for lab work. They erased my pets records after they killed him. They prescribed a medicine for fleas and ticks that caused him to seize and then told me I gave him frontline. Dumbs asses frontline is a topical and is not ingested. They gave him a prescription that he had to chew.
The one Receptionist was really rude the other one was very polite very helpful I wish I got her name but the white lady at the counter was very very rude
