Sam in service was top notch! Service was excellent at the dealership however American Honda customer service is terrible and they don’t stand behind their product! 2016 Pilot and at two year old and 10k out of warranty fuel injectors had to be replaced, now 85k miles and torque converter issue... American Honda won’t help any and the expense is out of my pocke

Great service for an oil change. They came and picked up my vehicle did the oil change, washed it and returned it. Didn’t have to do a thing but text them.

I purchased my Accord from Honda Kingsport and all service has been performed there. Sam Bird was my Service Advisor for my last appointment and did an awesome job. He explained my paperwork to me taking time to go over all the details which I appreciate. Sam also took me out to my car making certain everything was in order and ready for me to go. Thank you.
