My husband & I had our first new car buying experience from Honda Kingsport & it went smoothly and we were treated with respect. They did not have the color we wanted on the lot & the dealership explained to us that they could get the color with a dealer trade. RecommendedMyra Davis Service Advisor is top shelf in my mind, she was very helpful and knowledgeable in getting my vehicle in and out in a timely manner. I had a very important conference call that day and she let me know up front that if the car wasn't ready in time for my conference call she would get me a loaner. As it turned out my car got fixed on time but it's good to know that I was dealing with a company and employee that actually do what they say.
