RecommendedCasey was polite, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. While waiting in the spotlessly clean lounge area I received a short video of service work as it was being done. Casey gave me an estimated work time of 90 minutes but everything was finished in less than an hour. I'll definitely return to Honda Morristown again.

RecommendedThe service advisor Austin really went above & beyond today. We brought our car in for new tires & an oil change. The mechanic found several other problems. Austin explained everything in detail & answered all of our questions. He & the mechanic explained which problem should be fixed 1st & which could wait a bit. We were totally put at ease upon speaking with both of them. We're so grateful we chose Honda Morristown & not some other Honda dealer. Thanks Austin for being so kind & helpful.
