Had a great experience with the service department this morning-Gareth, the service director, is exactly the kind of person you would hope to work with. He listened as I explained the problem I have been having with my Odyssey then went above and beyond to thoroughly check everything that could be a possible problem and explain/show to me what had been found. I took my recently purchased 2014 Honda CR-V in for a routine oil change today. While I was there, I addressed a concern to the service manager, Gareth Rowlands. Before I left the dealership, he made sure that I was a happy customer. It's customer service like he displayed today, that will keep me coming back to the dealership. I have never been a big fan of the service dept. at a dealership, but with Gareth's attitude and work ethic, I will remain a loyal customer at Honda Morristown. Once again, thank you.

After searching a 500mile radius we found the best deal at home. 20 minutes down the road at Honda Morristown. No haggling just a great price right out of the gate. I spoke to the Sales manager and immediately was offered MSRP pricing for a car that others wanted 5k and 10k over for. This is the second new car that we have purchased from this dealership.
