Honda of Indian Trail gave me excellent service! I asked that my car be checked out for a long trip! The tech found a problem with a lug nut that could have left me stranded! He recorded the problem on video and sent it to my phone! My service adviser, Frank discussed the problem with me, explaining what had happened when I had to have a tire replaced! Facility is clean, amenities are nice and serviceman was polite and took time to explain everything to me. The only minus they get is I had an appointment for a basic oil change and tire rotation, I arrived 15 minutes early, and it took more than l l/2 hours to complete.
The entire service department deserves accolades for their consistency and professionalism! I have always received ) for over 7-10 years) world class customer service no matter what the extent of my visit to Metro Honda.
