Great seating and delicious popcorn! I ordered food from seat. Staff delivered it in a timely fashion and were very polite and friendly.

Cool place to hang out, watch a movie, play some arcade games or bowl some games. We bowled for an hour... price seemed ok though our group (6 total) was only able to get through playing one game which seemed a little disappointing. We weren't playing slow either so wish we got a little more bang for the buck. Shoes should have been included in the price TBH. Good selection of drinks, wine, beer and other mixed drinks. Beer size was great for what you get. Staff were really nice too.

This is our go to movie theater even though we live closer to the Holly Springs one and Fenton Cary one. We love the luxe box seats but they are a bit pricey. We love how they're a loveseat basically for 2 people. The seats are SO comfy, we bring our blankets and the seats have heat and air conditioning. They will deliver food to your seat too. It's a good spot - seems to go through ownership changes and name changes. The bowling is great - I wish they split up the name so people would know. Price is reasonable, However, I wish the advance booking rate was also competitive. It seems if you walk in, it is half the price of advanced booking which makes us not want to book in advance and organizing a bit larger parties feels a bit risky. We came specifically for the arcade to play some games with my young son. We visited during the week and had the arcade to ourselves. I felt the games were extremely reasonably priced. You put money on a card that keeps track of points earned, so my son was able to pick out some prizes. The staff were super sweet and allowed him to pick out a piece of candy to finish off his points even though he was just shy of the points needed for the candy. We've visited every premium dine-in movie theater in the Triangle area, and this is now the best in our opinion. The food is excellent, and although not on the level of Alamo or CineBistro, we found it very tasty and fresh. Service was very prompt. Unlike Alamo or CineBistro, the seating at Hooky is first-class, and the screens are massive with all the modern tech. All together, this is now our favorite dine-in cinema in the Triangle. Period.

This theater was previously a Paragon Parkside theater. Management has changed to "Hooky" and remains my 2nd favorite theater in the Triangle. I visited early this morning for an advanced screening of Netflix Guillermo Del Toro's Frankenstein. Some movies have to be seen on the big screen to truly experience them. They have leveled up!! Excellent service the moment we walked in. The food and portions were excellent! Everything was hot and came out in a timely fashion.
Absolutely amazing movie theatre! Incredibly clean. Spotless in fact. Popcorn was delicious. They have one size and unlimited refills. Same for the slushes. The chairs. Where to start. Reclining. Powered. 2 per section. Brand new. The sound and pictures was incredible. Rumbled the seats. I won't see a movie anywhere else from now on. My first time here and I will be back.
