Hooky Entertainment in Southlake is easily one of my favorite movie theaters! The heated reclining seats are a game changer! Once you sit down, you may not want to get back up! It's also more than just a theater. They have an arcade and bowling alley on-site, so you can make a whole day or night out of your visit. The food is actually really good too. The screen and seats were amazing !!! We seat on row C and because of the depth the seats leaned back it didn't feel too close at all.

This is one of those places that makes you think, "Why didn't we have something like this when I was growing up?" We came for an Advanced Screening of a movie, but quickly realized this is so much more than just a movie theater. Between the bowling lanes, arcade, restaurant, bar, and theaters, it's the kind of place where you can easily spend an entire afternoon or evening without ever wondering what to do next. Date night? It was my first time at Hooky, and I enjoyed the movie theater experience. The seats felt private, with mini walls between every two seats in some areas, and there is even the option for heated seats! There wasn't a menu at every seat or a QR code available. The popcorn was good, but they forgot to bring napkins and a paper plate/bowl for sharing. Also, you have to get up for refills. The flavorful blackened double chicken Caesar salad topped with Parmesan crisps was a delight, especially paired with sweet tea. While dining, I enjoyed watching Mortal Kombat 2 in the spacious, spotless theater equipped with comfortable La-Z-Boy chairs. I'm already looking forward to returning for another delicious meal and a great movie experience.

Food was ok, seats were dirty with previous viewers trash still on my tray. Waiter was ok but was waiting on a lot of people and you could tell he was stretched thin.

Had a great time at Hooky for a screening of Mortal Kombat 2! The overall experience was really fun--the service stood out right away. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. I even ended up chatting with the bartender about the movie, which made the night feel more personal. The theater itself was clean and comfortable, and while the heating in my seat wasn't working, it didn't make things too uncomfortable. A great entertainment depot with an upscale movie theater, an arcade, and a bowling alley. I came to see a movie and truly enjoyed the experience. They have super nice seats and food to order, perfect sound system, quiet and comfortable AC, and very reasonable prices! Oh, and the restrooms are clean too.
