David was an awesome salesman. When i test drove the RAV4, I ran a red light, but he kept his cool. He was not pushy. He answered any questions I had. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the car. I drove the car on Saturday and on Monday he called me. I happened to be nearby so I thought I would just stop by. I drove the car home that day and couldn't be happier. David definitely deserves a FIVE STAR RATING.

My friends and I were returning to Cincinnati from Gulf Shores and the "check engine" light went on in my friend's Toyota Highlander. We called Hoover Toyota and they took care of us and got us on the road within 3 hours. This was with no appointment. In the waiting area Bob was such a welcoming representative. Their shuttle dropped us off at lunch and picked us up when the car was ready. Several of us had to work the next day so Hoover Toyota's accommodation of us was so appreciated! That was true Southern hospitality!
