I received an email telling me my divorce was final. I think a phone call would have been more personal, especially after 33 years of marriage. Otherwise I was happy with the service.
Shannon was incredible to work with. Knowledgeable, professional and communicated everything clearly for my complicated personal injury case. She had everything under control from the beginning and put me completely at ease. She is a true professional.

These are the worst attorneys for divorce. Adam was incompetent inexperienced and had me stuck with a terrible settlement and 13K bill. No child custody simple division of property but with a contentious ex. I got hurt in the divorce mainly due to this man’s terrible work on my settlement. Had no dates so now my ex has forever to pay. Had to go to a 3rd attorney to fix the job Hope Law firm did!!! If there was a way to sue them I would. AVOID this law firm! I’m happy with FLS in Des Moines.
A cautionary tale if you are considering hiring Jennifer Russell of Hope Law Firm. If you are a father who loves your children and has done nothing wrong other than anger your spouse, then seek help from anyone else. Jennifer never spoke to me despite me asking over and over to talk with her regarding my case. Jennifer took about 15 mins the day before court to tell me everything looks good. Adam of Hope's Law firm is the worst lawyer I have ever seen. His practice is very unprofessional. My boy friend had high hopes from Hope's law firm, but seeing the very unprofessional behavior from the firm's lawyer, I will think twice in future.
