Very Nice star stay It was really very acceptable. Check in was very slow. Took nearly 30 minutes to process the 2 people in front of me. It was reasonably priced. The staff was professional. Even though I put as a negative about how long it took to check in, the clerk want flustered, took time with each guest. Made sure I felt welcomed

Wonderful Food service was slow 25 minute wait and the food was horrible The room location was a good one great view
Fair. Did not care for the unique bathroom sliding door set up. A person could be in the closet and get hit when the user in the bathroom comes out. Also, the walls were thin, I could hear noises from next door and in the hallway through the night.

Pleasant The room in a room next to the elevator and the elevators going up and down was very loud. So if you get out in a room next to the elevator request a different room. It was ok

Nice casino to stay and play Coffee pot in room needs cleaning (dusty on top) and doesn't work well with pods. Room was hot at night, even though AC was on. The majority of staff is friendly and helpful, but I felt a little cold shoulder at check in by our receptionist. I asked to extend our stay, to which she replied almost too quickly that they had no rooms. She never looked to see if there were rooms. It was ok A/c did not work well. The vent in bathroom was discusting. Had to report shower door had to be repaired. They came for that. We had to purchase our own and entirely too expensive

Wonderful Needs better food choices for breakfast such as oatmeal and fresh fruit, refills on coffee, and some diabetic friendly items. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Room was spotless and comfortable. Bed was great!
The hotel was awesome and all staff were courteous and helpful. There was nothing to not like. How very nice the rooms are now with renovation
