The staff was excellent. The manager provided free pizza and appetizers on the house for the Badger fans who gathered there to watch the Badger men's hockey game. Unfortunately, the outcome didn't match the hospitality. Definitely recommend it.

We went to Hotshots for a co-workers baby shower. They were gracious enough to give us a buffet for our guests and our server Kendall was outstanding. Best service we've had in a long time. She really made our experience great. We will be back and we will always ask to be helped by Kendall.

60th Birthday party last night went fantastic! Food was awesome as always. Service was great even though we had tons of people all spread out. So glad for the no smoking inside!

My husband and I went to eat dinner here tonight. Our waitress was sincerely one of the nicest people I've ever met, kick ass at her job and recommended an AMAZING drink (strawberry long island ice tea - I strongly suggest it). The manager was super outgoing and also a very nice guy. The food, as always was delicious. We will DEFINITELY be returning.
Great sports bar! Had a great time I love the St.Charles remodel. Haven been there in years. This place was my 1st date with my now husband of 20 years!
