I am extremely disappointed with my experience at House of Smiles in Harker Heights. This office advertises itself as being supportive for patients with dental anxiety, but my experience was the complete opposite. During my visit, the dental manager—a grown man—got in my face and raised his voice at me because he was unable to properly explain the situation or do his job, and his ego was clearly bruised. Greedy manager . Demeaning to women! Over charging for the demographics. Manager knows nothing about dental just wants your money . Overworked and underpaid , scandalous . Charged a lady $4000 to book her treatment 2 weeks out and said it was because he needed to make payroll for his wife’s other practice . Most horrible stressful practice in my 15 years of experience

To be talked down and lied on by House of Smiles is bottom of barrel behavior by a company. This company owes me money and others from the various groups I see people post in. Choose a dental company that offers great service and stands on morals. I pray no one else has to deal with this treatment and behavior again. See my ledger which clearly shows what is rightfully owed that they have refused to refund. Thank God for honorable people who stood in solidarity against this company.

This company stole from my family member. Do not support thieves that do not conduct ethical business practices. It's a shame people treat customers this way. Plus we all watch how you publicly slandered her name despite all the receipts that matched. I'm glad people are standing up against Mr H and House of Smiles. Your words were not honorable. Glad I got copies because you also went against HIPPA. You as a provider should never speak on a patients treatment
