Isaac was absolutely amazing! He took care of us from our horrible trade in to helping us work the features of our new 2018 Nissan Murano! He even helped us with adding our new car to our insurance and printing out the proof without me even batting an eye or getting stressed! He even entertained my kiddo. Thank you for everything Hudson and Isaac! Ryan in finance made everything as smooth as smooth can be and broke down GAP insurance for us. This was the best buying experience I have ever had!
This is the 2nd vehicle I've purchased from this store in the last 60 days. Both with Nate Brown, and can't say how great this team has been to work with. They had exactly what I was looking for and the service was stellar! Nana was very friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. He made sure everything was covered, including connecting my phone to the vehicle. After the sale he even contacted me to make sure I was enjoying my new vehicle. We drove over two hours from Myrtle Beach, but the level of customer service we received made it worth the trip!
In March, I had a wonderful experience with Brandon, he was professional and friendly. My son's dream car was a Dodge Charger, and the one he wanted was at another lot, and Brandon went above and beyond to go get the car from the other lot. I have dealt with many car dealerships, and I must admit this one was the greatest.
