Excellent customer service by Nissan but the glass company that replaced my rear window and side plastic left the truck a mess and marred the door under the side mirror. I was able to buff it out but they should have done it before I picked up the truck. To be clear, zero issues with Nissans part of this.
My vehicle was started on as soon as I arrived at the location. I was asked what my time constraints were, and if I could leave my vehicle for the time that it need to be repaired. And they were concerned with my itinerary along with my vehicles Service needs and did their best to reach both and at this particular visit, everything was excellent.
